The food was fresh and absolutely lip-smacking, a real highlight, and our rooms stayed comfortable and well heated after fresh snowfall the evening we arrived. The cottages are tastefully furnished, with all the comforts taken care of. The location has panoramic views of Dhauladhars and is away from the hustle and bustle of Naddi village, ideal for a quiet weekend. Service was impeccable, polite, and prompt. Mr Rinku and Mr Ajay looked after us splendidly and made the stay memorable. The owner, Mr Yadhuraj, has a quiet presence and keeps the property running smoothly. His photographs from numerous trips adorn the walls and show his love of travel. Would love to return.

Udeeche Huts is a peaceful place to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the courteous, helpful staff made sure we were well looked after. Special mention to Mr. Rinku for going out of his way to make our stay pleasant. A very good experience, and I’d recommend it for a quiet retreat close to nature.

The views here are breathtaking, and you can really feel the might of the Dhauladhar range. The online pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful the place is. Sagar was always available and ready to help with anything, big or small, and the service was top-notch throughout. Food was simple, fresh, and satisfying. A wonderful stay, highly recommended when visiting the Dharamshala/McLeod Ganj area.

Waking up to those snow-covered mountains was the highlight for me. We only booked two days, and by the end I wished we’d planned a longer stay. The room was calming and beautifully decorated, and the staff had thought of all the little details. They were so humble, cheerful, and ready to help that it felt homey. The food was comforting and delicious, an easy 10/10. If you’re coming to McLeodGanj and want somewhere peaceful, I’d recommend it.
