Hotel Blue Bird

We stayed on 27 December 2025, and it was my worst experience. The hotel charges a high price for what it provides, and the room and reception photos shared during booking were false. The room smelled very bad, and the bedroom, washroom and towel were all dirty. The air conditioner didn't work, and both the hand shower and tap were broken. When you call to ask about the hotel, they give false information. In reality, it's a very dirty place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A big zero from me.

They advertise complimentary breakfast, but don't count on it. I paid 240 rupees for six slices of bread and an omelette. There was no Wi-Fi or generator, and things I asked for weren't provided. The room itself was awful too. It cost 3k per night, but smelled extremely bad, had dirty sheets, and the AC never got fixed after I asked. The lights kept flickering until I got a headache. There was chewing gum stuck on the bathroom windowsill, and I'm pretty sure the bed had bugs. Now I have them too. I've never had a worse hotel stay. Please don't visit.

My company booked this for a corporate visit, but after I complained they showed me five other rooms and every one was the same. The rooms and bathroom were absolutely unhygienic, with smelly rooms, stained bedsheets and pillows. There was no Wi-Fi or TV either. It's the most third-class hotel I've stayed in. Our company has already blacklisted it. Think twice before staying.

A very bad stay. The room and washroom were really dirty, there was no water in the washroom, and the room hadn't been cleaned. The staff weren't good either.
