The whole team made us feel welcome and cared for from check-in right through check-out at Hotel Lance international Nagercoil. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, professional, and ready to help. The property is beautiful and well maintained, with a lovely mix of comfort and luxury. We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the hospitality was outstanding. Thanks, Hotel Lance International Nagercoil, for making it so special. It's rare to find a hotel where every aspect feels this good. I look forward to coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nagercoil.

The room felt old and poorly maintained, and the hotel looked quite different from its online photos. Water was leaking from the AC when we arrived. They didn't provide basic things like a dental kit, and drinking water bottles cost extra. The service fell short too. I was disappointed with the stay and wouldn't recommend it.

For a family event, I booked several rooms. My guests were well looked after, and the staff were courteous. The GM was helpful, the rooms were clean, and there was ample parking. Some other amenities aren't available yet, but I hope they add them soon.

Breakfast was included in the tariff but wasn't available for many guests because the food had run out, leaving people frustrated. The hotel clearly hadn't planned for the number of guests. The room wasn't properly cleaned either, with hairs on the bed and floor, which is completely unacceptable. This felt like a badly managed property. There are many better hotels in Nagercoil, so avoid this one.

The rooms are spacious and clean, but the staff weren't very well mannered and the service was very average. After 9 pm, the restaurant only served noodles and fried rice, and the food wasn't good. The complimentary breakfast was below average too, with very few dishes.
