I booked ahead through MakeMyTrip after seeing decent room photos, but the actual rooms didn’t match them. The washrooms weren’t even cleaned. I asked to switch rooms and was willing to pay more for a clean one, but they refused. Completely unprofessional. Booking here was a waste of my money and time.

The rooms are calm and colorful, and the spacious interiors and cleanliness stood out to me. It’s a reasonably priced hotel in a prime location, with good facilities for staying. Also a good venue for birthday parties and weddings.

This is one of the city’s oldest and best-known places, on the Kankroli - Bhilwara highway. It’s easy for everyone to reach, and you can book the party plot, hall, and 10-15 rooms at a good price for a small occasion. It can be a good option for that.

The reception person told me to buy a room freshener myself, saying it wasn’t their job. There was no responsible person to turn to, and no electricity backup. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the room and bathroom were dirty and smelly, with broken taps.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Compared with others, it’s not good, and both the room quality and room service are the worst among them. Better to choose somewhere else.
