We paid around ₹900 per person per night for two nights with friends, which felt very reasonable. The area was quiet and peaceful, and our clean room had a kitchen, bathroom, smart TV, and WiFi. Mr. Hanif was welcoming and very helpful, especially after our OYO app booking was canceled without notice. OYO asked us to rebook at almost twice the rate, which felt like a scam. Thankfully, Mr. Hanif let us book directly for the original price. The AC didn't work, and basic toiletries weren't provided. Still, for a budget trip it was a solid option, and I'd recommend it to friends looking for a clean, calm, affordable stay. Book directly rather than through the OYO app.

The area around the place is peaceful, and at around ₹900 per person per night, it's a good budget option for a couple of nights with friends. Our room was clean and had a kitchen, bathroom, WiFi, and smart TV. The staff were friendly, especially Mr. Hanif, whose hospitality stood out. No basic amenities were provided, though, and the AC wasn't working.

I recommend this homestay for a family trip around Goa. It's a convenient base for visiting North Goa. We stayed for two days without any issues, and the room was kept clean. Haneef Bhai was extremely professional, kind, and helpful to us. A big shout-out and thank you to him.

A car or scooter is useful here. The place is 3km from calangute beach, and there wasn't local transport like a rickshaw or cab available, so we rented a scooty for 500 rs per day with 1 ltr petrol. Even with that, it's a good budget stay, with quite good rooms and good service. Nice for a family trip.

We spent a week here, and the peaceful location was a real plus ♥️🫡. With a vehicle, it's budget friendly and near almost all the places. Thanks to the staff and owner ji for making our trip so peaceful.
