Enrise by Sayaji Nagpur

Swati was very polite and helped us choose what to order. We started with crispy veg and paneer tikka, both served hot and tasting good. The main course was cooked properly and arrived on time. Everyone, swati, Kunta, Ritesh, Krishna and Deepak, was helpful and kept the food coming promptly. We had dinner at this hotel and enjoyed the clean, comfortable ambience. A satisfying meal, and I’d come again.

The banquet hall was spacious, and the food and support staff were good for our thread ceremony at Enrise by Sayaji, Nagpur. The rooms were comfortable too, although the bathrooms had no shower curtains and the hot water shower wasn’t working. The decoration vendor, SS Decoration, mandated by the Sayaji Group, was a major disappointment. The sofa had exposed nails that injured people and caught on clothing. The sound system played the wrong tracks, and the shehnai music was missing. The agreed décor wasn’t done as finalized, so we had to keep following up during the event. We were required to pay in full in advance, but the service fell far short. We felt the vendor asks for full advance payment to avoid responsibility during the event. Better arrangements are available outside for half the price, so please don’t sign up with SS Decoration. The Sayaji Group should review the quality and accountability of its vendors against the premium prices it charges, and shouldn’t force people to use an irresponsible vendor. This only harms the Sayaji Group’s image.

The venue services, food, and support staff were excellent. Mr. Tom, the event coordinator, was polite, reliable, and genuinely supportive throughout, and the Chef made sure every detail was taken care of. The staff team was courteous and helpful, making the hospitality top-notch. The decorator was the one major letdown. Shubham Mahalle delivered work that was completely different from what had been promised, and the quality was far below expectations despite prices well above the market. Paying the full amount, including taxes, before the event left us feeling helpless. If Sayaji Group insists on one decoration vendor, they should make sure that vendor meets their brand standards.

The charges felt high for the service we got, and the overall experience didn’t justify the cost. For a marriage-related event at Enrise by Sayaji, the food was only average and fell short of what we expected for a special occasion. Service to guests and clients lacked attention and hospitality. Management was uncooperative during planning and coordination, adding unnecessary stress. It didn’t meet the standard I’d expect for a wedding.
