The room smelled bad and had maintenance problems. It was dirty too, with stains on the carpet and bedsheets that looked like they hadn’t been changed. The staff were rude and didn’t seem to know basic manners for speaking to women. Even the hotel manager acted the same way. It’s called Deluxe, but I didn’t see any deluxe facilities. Deluxe in name only. I’d give it a minus rating if that were an option.
The location made it easy to explore the area, and the hotel’s amenities were more than I expected. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The welcoming ambience and comfortable, well-maintained rooms made for an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it.
The hotel is far from the city, and calling this an AC room felt like a rip-off. It had duct type AC but no cooling, and staff told us to open the window for cool air. Then why call it an AC room? For 1200rs, it was a non AC room. We’d just checked in and couldn’t cancel the booking, so we walked out.
The location was ideal, with attractions and places to eat easy to reach. I had a wonderful stay, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was impeccably clean. I’d highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.
Staff wouldn’t turn on the A.C even after I asked 3-4 times, and then they switched it off for no reason at midnight. The service was very poor. I strongly don’t recommend this Hotel for a stay.
