Fabhotel Paradise Stay Inn

I paid Rs. 2800 and left deeply dissatisfied. I checked in at 1 pm and checked out at 2 pm the same day, after just an hour in the room. My wife and I felt uncomfortable with the people around us, and the place seemed phisy. We didn’t like the ambience, so we went to another hotel. This is a Oyo Hotel. The room wasn’t like the website pictures. There were pan stains all over the walls, the washroom was unclean, the sofa was torn, and there was no cupboard. When I asked to switch to a room with a cupboard, the staff were rude and said that’s what I got for what I paid, even though the room listed online was different. They initially refused to give me a key too. When I asked for one so I could go out for lunch, they started talking about policies. They also wouldn’t allow outside food and wanted guests to eat their food, a rule that wasn’t mentioned on the website. The staff misbehaved, and the experience felt like a waste of money. If negative five stars were possible, I’d give that. I called Fabhotels customer care repeatedly over three days to report my complaints, but each call reached the IVR and disconnected. I never got to speak with a representative. The customer service was terrible. Fabhotels seems like a scam, and I won’t recommend it or fall for it again.

The couple room I was assigned had all the amenities and was good. I liked the room and the staff, and both check-in and checkout were quick. It’s a new hotel in Nagpur and is very well maintained. A very good experience, a must visit.

I’m a regular traveler, but this stay was horrendous. They wouldn’t honor the online booking price and charged nearly 50% extra, or else I was told to leave. Since it was late at night and I was with my family, I had no choice but to stay. The room was awful, dusty, and smelly. The bedsheet was torn, and the bathroom was broken, covered in tobacco stains, and had an unclean toilet seat. I wouldn’t recommend this place to families or anyone who cares about hygiene. Read my rating as negative.

I stayed here with my family. The rooms are decent enough, but the place seems more suited to couples coming and going. Getting basics like water and fresh linen was a challenge, and I had to ask repeatedly for ordinary hospitality support. The support staff were helpful in arranging the bare minimum.
