Hotel Airport Centre Point

The roadside rooms were terribly noisy, with so little soundproofing that it felt like sleeping in a tent on the road. The staff said the place was already packed on Mother's Day, so they asked me to have dinner in my room. The food was good, and breakfast was decent too. I’d ask management to improve the soundproofing in rooms facing the road. That would make the stay a five star experience.

The rooms are small, but the service is very good. The hotel sits in a nice, clean, uncrowded area, and has a restaurant and valet parking. The menu prices are a little high, though the South Indian dishes are quite reasonably priced. The washrooms were clean and had useful things like a hair dryer and essential toiletries. Seems suitable for a family or a couple.

We stayed here twice in one month while passing through nagpur, and I found it a wonderful place to stop. The rooms were a good size, with clean, hygienic washrooms. Breakfast has limited choices, but was good enough, and the food was good too. Service staff were helpful, and there’s even a car wash. It has pretty much everything you’d expect from a hotel.

Smoke kept coming from the AC unit for five days, and the issue was never resolved. When I reported this safety concern to the front office, Mr. Shreyas hung up on me to take another call from a 'madam.' Two days later, when I followed up, they told me to check out instead of fixing it. The staff ignored guest questions, and management was ineffective. Staff communication and respect for guests were poor too. Even one star feels generous. I suggest avoiding this hotel, especially in Nagpur.
