The food never disappoints, and you can choose literally anything from the menu and it'll turn out amazing. When I can't decide where to eat, this is my go-to place. The staff are polite and welcoming, and the ambience and overall vibe feel lovely, comfortable, and good.

I was there for a function only. The food was good, and things were good overall.

We booked two rooms at Hotel Dwarka Mai in Nagpur for a family stay. The rooms were decent, but checkout left us disappointed. We were only an hour late, yet they charged ₹1,000 extra for each room, ₹2,000 total. That felt quite unreasonable for just one hour.

The room shower wasn't working, and one waiter refused to serve sizzlers. The woman at reception, who manages the reception staff, was very rude.

A nice banquet hall, suitable for functions such as receptions.
