There were three to four power cuts during my stay, with no proper backup, and the AC remote didn't work, so adjusting the temperature was difficult. The bathroom mug and other accessories were in very bad condition. Cockroaches greeted me in the room, which was unpleasant, and the room itself was poorly maintained. I tried calling room service several times, but nobody answered. A very disappointing experience. Management needs to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service urgently.

The smell started in the lift and continued throughout the area. There were so many mosquitoes in the room that we couldn't sleep, and both the room and bathroom were unclean. The chair was broken and I nearly fell off it. There are no facilities. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen, and staying here was a big mistake.

The food service was the worst I've experienced: meals arrived late, and when they did, the food was uncooked and tasteless. The kitchen staff clearly seemed untrained. Service overall was very bad, and the staff came across as unprofessional and inexperienced. They didn't know how to talk to guests or handle basic responsibilities. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a complete waste of money and not worth the trouble. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service.

The location of Hotel KP Inn was confusing and hard to find, which made arriving more stressful. Parking was limited, and there wasn't a proper parking area for guests. The room was dirty and smelled terrible, so unpleasant that I couldn't sleep there. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and unavailable when I needed them. Restaurant service was very slow, and the food was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
