The location was the best part, close to restaurants and the metro, and the service was good. Rooms were spacious, but the whole hotel smelled like someone had just smoked there. Breakfast choices were limited. Everything else was fine, but the smoke smell is an issue.

The only drawback for me was that it's far from the highway. Otherwise, it's a very good place to stay, with clean rooms and washrooms, tasty breakfast served on time, and polite staff who provide good service.

The breakfast was okay, but our two days there were uncomfortable: the temperature was around 44 degrees and the room AC didn't work. They gave us another room to sleep in, so we kept moving between rooms. The receptionist was very rude and seemed least bothered. Technicians kept coming throughout the day but couldn't fix the problem.

For tourists, the location is great. The hygiene was up to the mark, and the staff were friendly, with excellent service. One of the best places in nagpur for a comfortable stay.

Good value, right on the road, with clean rooms and all the basic facilities. The staff are cooperative.
