The service was awful. I had to move from the room with the filthy toilet to a non-AC room, after the hotel refused to accept my OYO booking and charged me its own tariff. In the second room, neither the flush nor the spray gun worked. The washroom was the dirtiest I've seen so far.

Water problems kept going on during my stay, and the management seemed completely incompetent. It was a nightmare. If you care about basic amenities, hygiene, and decent customer service, I'd strongly suggest avoiding this hotel. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere that cares about guest comfort and satisfaction. 👎👎

The manager was extremely rude, and the whole thing ruined my day. I had booked a room beforehand, but they refused to give me that one and put me in another. There was no water in the bathroom unless you asked them to bring a bucket. Then they charged extra for a delayed checkout even though I hadn't stayed for 24 hours. One of the worst experiences.

The photos on the booking site didn't match the room, and the promised amenities weren't there. We got dirty, unhygienic bedsheets and no proper blankets. Staying there for a day felt like a nightmare, and we had no other choice but to stay. I'd never recommend it. Check the room in person before booking.

The staff were good, and the hotel itself was nice, but the rooms and toilets weren't clean or properly maintained. We tried moving to other rooms, but they had the same problem. There were no OYO soaps or other kits, the towels and sheets weren't proper, and there was no hot water. 😕😕
