The staff were friendly and very polite, and the rooms were really nice.

Getting an auto was a hassle. The hotel is out on the outskirts, and the auto driver charged double. With luggage, you have to walk 500 meters to catch an auto. On top of that, after I booked online, they refused the booking and charged me three times more. Worst experience.
