They made us wait until 2 AM, and this was the worst hotel experience. We booked Hotel Patil 2 (Nagpur) on MakeMyTrip for ₹700, but on arrival the staff refused to honor it and demanded ₹1500. They said there was no booking, even though the location and contact details matched exactly. Then they tried to say it was for another hotel and later gave us a fake address for their “other branch.” It seems like a deliberate way to confuse customers and charge more when they arrive. Very rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. Not recommended.

The staff were rude. Whenever you book online, the manager demands extra money for the same room, saying the guest got a discount and he wants the regular price, even after the booking app has already paid the hotel. They’re committing fraud. If you’re in an emergency, especially with family, they’ll demand extra money or tell you to get lost.

The room itself was just average, but the service was very poor. There was no water bottle, tea or coffee pouch, electric kettle, or towel in the room. The room wasn’t cleaned, and the pillow covers and bedsheets were dirty and hadn’t been changed. Avoid booking this hotel.

When we arrived, they asked us to pay double. We refused the extra charge, but they said we had to pay or they wouldn’t give us a room. They told us to complain if we wanted, but said they still wouldn’t provide a room at the amount we’d booked.
