OYO Townhouse 155 Hotel Satya

This place felt shady, and the bed had loads of bed bugs. I noticed some unusual activity involving a camera and people covering their faces, and literally had to run out. The bathroom was unhygienic, staff responded poorly, and there wasn’t even a water bottle, towel, or napkin. The AC didn’t work either. Please read the reviews before booking.

November 2025. There was no room service or food available, and the receptionist told me to buy mosquito repellent at a nearby market. There were plenty of mosquitoes. The lone receptionist, who also acted as guard, handed over a room and took no further responsibility. I had to manage every need myself. The rooms were dirty and falling apart, with stained, unchanged linen and filthy, smelly toilets. Electrical systems were pulled out and malfunctioning. I don’t understand why a nonfunctional property is listed on OYO and other sales platforms. The hotel seems to have been there, but now it’s only there in name. I left as soon as I found another place. Beware and stay away.

They refused to let me in at midnight without giving a valid reason. They wouldn’t accept DigiLocker Aadhaar under their policy, but I couldn’t find that policy mentioned on the webpage or app. It was a bad customer experience. Never book this property. OYO always manages to disappoint.

The staff were rude, argumentative, and provided the worst service. Even though I’d booked early check-in through MakeMyTrip, reception kept arguing with me and my family and asking for more money, first 600 and then 500. Why should I pay when it was already included? They argue about everything. I’d suggest finding another hotel.
