Check-in was a real hurdle if you wouldn’t pay extra. The staff acted fraudulently, asking for double the amount despite my confirmed online booking. The room was very dirty, the bathroom was horrible and filthy, and a door lock was broken. One layer of the bathroom cloth hanger had dirt built up on it. The jug and bucket looked like they were for toilet use, not bathing. The door was broken too.

They scam people through the Oyo app with fake prices. After you cancel, there’s no refund process. They say you’ll get a full refund if you cancel before 9am, but when you do cancel, they ignore your booking and the customer care number is fake and unavailable. This scam happened to me. Be careful with this app and never stay at an authorized property like this.

The place felt clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was warm, with attention paid to the details. The rates are very reasonable, so it’s good value for money if you’re traveling on a budget. I had a fantastic stay at RK Stay House and would definitely return on my next visit. Highly recommended if you want affordable accommodation without giving up quality.

The amenities are average, and you won’t find premium, luxury, or deluxe service here. It’s a local hotel suited to a short stay of just a few hours. For couples, it’s okay and budget friendly, more like a lodging place.

The room was below a 1 rating, and the service was very bad. The owner charged extra money at checkout. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
