The service needs work. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, the flush in room No. 106 wasn't working properly, and the intercom was out of order. They gave us mobile numbers to call reception, but the response was poor. Morning tea or coffee and complimentary breakfast weren't available before 8.00-8.30 am. The rooms are spacious, with two king-size beds, AC, and a wall-mounted LCD TV. The food was tasty and reasonably priced.
The rooms are large, which is about the only good thing. The service was awful, with leaking taps, dirty bathroom floors, towels and sheets, broken switches, and no room service. There's no WiFi or kitchen either, despite what OYO advertised. I'd only stay if I had urgent work near the airport. Otherwise, there are better hotels in the city with better service.
The one good thing is its location near Raipur Airport. The hospitality and way guests are handled were terrible. There was no hot water or WiFi, the food choices weren't good, and water leaked in the bathroom. I eventually found out they run a marriage hall and maintain the rooms for that purpose. OYO should cancel this hotel.
I'm dealing with lots of issues here and haven't enjoyed my stay. It's a waste of money, so you'd be better off booking somewhere else.
The staff are very polite and behave decently. The place feels a bit isolated, the rooms are huge, and some amenities are missing.
