I left and found another hotel after arriving, even though I’d booked through OYO based on the reviews. They didn’t provide a glass for water; the staff member said to drink straight from the bottle. When I asked about tea, I was told to go outside, and meals had to be ordered online. Pathetic service. I wouldn’t consider staying here.

The check-in and check-out timings could be more customer friendly. For an affordable stay in Raipur, though, it’s a good option, and it’s couple friendly with good staff. Cleanliness and service need work, especially changing the bedsheets and replenishing bathroom supplies.

If you only need a private place for 2-3 hours and don’t care much about the room or service, it may suit you. For a longer stay, I was really disappointed, especially as this was my second visit. The room was extremely small, about 7-8 feet, with the bed taking up nearly all the space. The bathroom was decent and had a Geaser, but despite the ventilator fan I was sweating all the time. The room wasn’t clean either, with bottles and polythene lying under the bed. Oyo lists rooms at 350-400, but when you arrive after booking there, they ask for another 100-200 rupees, with excuses that rooms aren’t available or they can’t accept only 350-400. They also charge extra for UPI payments. There’s no wifi in the rooms, only at reception, and the service was poor. The prices I was given were 500 without AC and 700 with AC. If they quote something else, say, "My friend came and was told this same price." Otherwise, they’ll definitely charge you more. Anyone coming with family, a partner, or friends could be disappointed.
