I gave this place one star, though even that feels generous. I can't believe a property rated 4.4 could be this bad. Choosing it was my worst hotel decision, and there are much better options nearby. If you still want to try it, inspect your room carefully before paying. The first room was directly under a discotheque. The music was so loud the windows kept rattling, and an app decibel meter showed peaks of 82 inside. Sitting quietly was impossible, let alone sleeping. When I complained, they offered another room with a leaking bathroom. The next had an unflushed toilet after someone had used it for no. 2, and housekeeping hadn't cleaned it or made it ready for guests. Later, at 12:30 am, they moved me to a mini suite, but its wash basin smelled foul. I finally slept after 1 am. The bed linens were dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned before being put out. Cockroaches were crawling around the bathroom, with no sign of pest control to any standard. I was exhausted after driving continuously for seven hours, and my family thought another option probably wouldn't be better, so I gave up and accepted the room for a few hours' sleep. At reception the next morning, after I complained, they gave me a Rs 1000/- discount and made it sound like a favor. The lady receptionist also wasn't trained to speak to guests. She bluntly asked me to pay for the room without a trace of courtesy, even though I'd already paid the advance they requested when I booked.

The restaurant food, service, and facilities are great, and the plumbing rarely causes trouble. The washrooms are very well kept. Rooms are maintained and tidy, with welcoming, warm themes as well as good cleanliness.

Jasmine Khan was especially welcoming, and check-in was easy from the moment we arrived at ARIENA - BOUTIQUE HOTEL. We had a spacious, spotless room with lovely decor, a comfortable bed, everything we needed, and a fantastic view. The complimentary fruit and chocolates were appreciated, as were the fast Wi-Fi, gym, and especially the massage chair, which was a wowww ❤️ Breakfast had a delicious range of Indian and Continental choices, and the restaurant meals were excellent and well-priced. The location was perfect, and the short walk from the main lobby was very nice. Our stay exceeded expectations. We highly recommend ARIENA HOTEL for a visit to RAIPUR and look forward to coming back on our next trip!

The restaurant at Ariena – The Boutique Hotel, Raipur had an elegant, calm, pleasant atmosphere, and hygiene was well maintained. Staff were polite, attentive, and supportive, which made the meal even better. The cuisine selection was impressive, and the food was delicious and well prepared, with great taste and quality. A lovely dining experience with warm hospitality and genuine care. Highly recommended for a business lunch or a family meal.

The common area is well maintained, and the staff are quick and helpful. Room decor is good, the rooms are well kept, and the food is hygienic and good. All the gym equipment works. It's a good place for business visits. They should increase the number of rooms to fit more guests.
