OYO 33407 Hotel Ashiana

The hotel is a long way from the city and very hard to get to. There was nothing nearby, so we had to rely on the hotel for everything. I stayed one day on 20.12.22 in a family room, and ours was the only family there, with no other tourists. Just one person was covering the counter, kitchen, and service, which wasn't good for a hotel like this. The food was very bad and didn't seem healthy. We commonly found hair in the food and flies in the coffee and tea. I can't recommend staying here at any cost.

We booked nine rooms for a business trip with my team. After one use, the toilet in one room became blocked. The owner blamed us, argued with us, and spoke very rudely, as if we'd caused it intentionally. He sent a video claiming someone had put soap in it, then billed us 5k. It was a tiny piece of soap, and I don't see how that could have blocked the toilet. We had to deal with the problem and were still expected to pay for it. The owner was especially rude and didn't know how to speak to people, particularly women. It was a horrible experience. If something goes wrong, they'll blame you and make you pay while you're already dealing with the issue. I would never recommend this hotel.

I went to Palampur on my last visit and found this hotel a great place for a peaceful break from a hectic routine. The scenery is lovely, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was good as well. Mr. vinod and the staff were helpful and guided me throughout my stay. I had a great experience and would recommend it.

The staff made the stay a great experience, and the room was great too. I booked two nights and will visit again. Highly recommended 👍
