OYO 23431 Ocsa Inn

The rooms and washrooms were spotless, clean, and comfortable. The staff were humble and courteous, and the service was better than I expected. I had a very pleasant stay.

The room was in a really poor state, and the bathroom was worse. I’d skip this hotel.

My booking was non-refundable, and I only read the negative reviews afterward, so I stayed. The room and bathroom weren’t very clean; at under 700 a day that might be acceptable, but otherwise the sheets, pillow, and bathroom were all dirty. The upgraded room’s TV didn’t work, and its door and bathroom locks and latches were faulty. They also wanted extra money for an upgrade, saying the booked room wasn’t available. On the third floor there was no staff to help with luggage, and one person was super rude, bumping the suitcase along the stairs. Carry your own bags. No water was provided. I’d seen similar reviews already, so booking was my mistake.

I booked through MakeMyTrip, but at 10 pm the owner refused to honor the booking. There were four or five other customers in the same situation. It seemed like the owner was taking advantage of people who needed a room. Avoid this hotel so you don’t get scammed.
