OYO Townhouse 181 Ganeshpeth Colony

Even one star feels generous after this stay. The whole hotel was a mess, maybe because construction was happening. The floors in the room were wet and dirty, and the rooms had no ventilation. When we asked about tea, room service seemed confused and only told us half an hour later that they couldn’t serve it. The bathrooms were just okay, nothing special. For a jug of regular water, they made us come downstairs and get it ourselves. They only brought water to the room if we ordered bottles. Think carefully before booking, and be ready to miss even basic comfort.

The room prices are good compared with other hotels in Nagpur, and the property is large. It seems to have been a hospital converted into a hotel. They try to maintain it, but you can see seepage in the rooms, and ventilation is a serious problem. If possible, inspect the room carefully before booking.

Parking was good, but I booked a deluxe room and there wasn’t even drinking water or a glass in it, nor was a complimentary bottle provided. Breakfast had no choice, and guests using the meeting hall were still having breakfast at 9:30 am, so we were told to wait until they finished. The fan also made noise.

The room was packed in, with no open window or fresh air, and I even got locked inside because the door lock was terrible. The AC and fan were very noisy, and a light wasn’t working. Both the room and food were quite expensive. Please look into these problems. Thanks for your support.
