Signature Inn

The staff really stood out, they were professional, polite, and made sure I had what I needed. My room was clean and well kept, and I slept comfortably. Hotel Signature Inn is also in a very convenient spot for getting around Nagpur. Great value for the price, and I’d definitely stay again.

The only real plus is the location near the Metro and restaurants. The lobby is tiny, and the breakfast is limited to Poha, Uttapam, tea, and bread with butter. The room was dirty and smelled bad, including the cupboard and towel. The walls were dirty too, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and there was no room cleaning until I followed up several times after returning from work, both by phone and at reception. Prices are way too high for this. They charge extra for what they call a premium room, but it’s trash. Complete waste of money. You’ll regret booking here.

I felt unsafe during my stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially to families or women traveling alone. Around 1:00 AM, a staff member repeatedly rang my room bell, saying he had to get back a phone charger. His behavior was erratic and alarming, and it scared me. There was no legitimate emergency that would justify knocking at that hour. Management seems to have no control over staff conduct, and I have serious concerns about security. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never had an experience like this. Safety should be a priority, but I don’t feel this hotel provides it.

The metro train noise was very disturbing and made it hard to rest. There were cockroaches in the room, and the service wasn’t good. The lights often wouldn’t turn on properly with the key and took several tries.
