There were hairs everywhere, from the bed to the toilet, and cockroaches wandering around the room. We paid 1600/- a night and still got no toiletries. We stayed one night, then left right away.

The location is the one good thing here. There was no car parking, so you have to use a paid parking area at 10rs/hr, and bottled drinking water costs 30rs/lit. They don't provide complimentary water. You can't bring in outside food, while the inhouse food is expensive and poor quality. There was no tissue paper or shower gel either. They overcharged us when we booked on the spot, so I'd book online. I'd only consider staying if the room is under 1500/-.

We got to the hotel at 11 pm and wanted to order food from outside, but the staff firmly refused and said no outside food was allowed. The hotel should show that policy on its booking platform. We had a bad stay.

I arrived at 11 pm with a booking, but they said there were no rooms available. Worst place, feels like a scam.

Even though we had a booking through booking.com, they abused us and kicked us out, telling us to leave. Please avoid this filthy place.
