We stayed with our family at The JK Hotel and had a lovely time. The atmosphere was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very polite. We'd definitely recommend it for a pleasant family visit in Nagpur.

I left the keys at reception at 11 am on the second day and specifically asked for housekeeping. When I came back around 5:30 pm, the room hadn't been cleaned and the used plate was still there. I had to tell reception twice before they removed just the plate, and the room itself was still left uncleaned. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

The room was cramped and poorly maintained, and it hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom bucket and other amenities looked unhygienic and hadn't been cleaned well. The cleanliness was below what I expected.

We found the location convenient, close to the city's main areas, and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and delicious food. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were always courteous and ready to help with a smile. Our family had a delightful stay and would love to come back on our next visit.

Breakfast was included in my Agoda booking, but none was provided. I raised it with reception at 7:30 am and waited until 8:50, calling several times. I got a different answer each time and no clear solution. The room itself looked nothing like the online pictures and was in very poor, unhygienic condition. I ended up checking out, but wasn't given a refund for the inconvenience.
