Treebo A1 Residency, Hingna T Point

Breakfast was a letdown too. It started at 8:80am and was over by 9:30am. The room they gave us was the smallest, even though we'd told them over a month earlier that there would be three adults and a child. When we complained, the staff member we needed wasn't available. My last stay here had been outstanding, but this one was super worst. A1 residency spoiled the trip and embarrassed us in front of our relatives. I wouldn't recommend the place. We had trouble getting parking help at first, and the room and bedsheets were dirty, with hair from previous guests. The towel was dirty, the bathroom slippery, and even the extra bed had dirty sheets. The blanket or rug had no cover, and dirt was visible all over it. One family member developed skin rashes.

For 2.5 years I've regularly stayed at A1 Residency while traveling from Ahmedabad. It's the cleanest and most comfortable place I've found near Hingna T-Point. The rooms are kept very hygienic, and service is prompt. Reliability matters when I travel for work, and they deliver every time. Thanks for the great hospitality.

The entrance is hard to find. The main sign says "A1 Bar and Restaurant," and the hotel entrance is up a dark staircase leading to the basement. We left a day early, around 11:30 AM on Oct 30, and moved to Radisson Blu, booked through Agoda. The hotel's overall feel was one of neglect and filth. We'd booked this Treebo hotel for two nights in a hurry, trusting the brand after a pleasant stay at another Treebo in Nagpur in February 2022. The online pictures and high ratings raised our expectations, but what we found was disturbing. In our "non-smoking" room, the bathroom mat was worn, the only towel had brown stains, and the pillowcases and bedsheet were stained and didn't feel fresh. There were two used cigarette buds on the bathroom window slab. That was a serious cleaning failure, and finding them in a non-smoking room while my wife was pregnant felt deeply upsetting and unsafe. The next morning the 4th-floor breakfast area looked nothing like the glamorous photos. It was filthy, with visible garbage, spider webs, and a used cigarette packet on the floor. A staff member was eating his own breakfast, spreading jam on bread, in the service area while apparently handling the buffet. That's unacceptably unhygienic. The "buffet" was just Upma and Alu Paratha. Fruits, bananas and papaya, were only arriving as we left, and the staff member hadn't told us they were coming. The white plastic plates and bowls were scratched and marked brown, and looked filthy. We also saw piles of kitchen garbage and filth in the hallway when the small single lift accidentally opened on the 2nd floor. I can only imagine that was the kitchen or service area, and its state raises serious health concerns. When I asked the front desk about a refund for one night, the staff member was no help. Agoda said it needed the hotel's permission to process it. The woman at the desk was evasive, saying "refund is not given by us," "you should check online," and "we don't get Agoda's email, it goes to Treebo." She took no responsibility, and Agoda's later follow-ups have been met with silence from the hotel. As I checked out, after hearing me call the stay "okayish," a staff member asked me to scan a QR code to leave a Google review and then show her a screenshot. That felt manipulative and showed a complete disconnect from genuine customer service. It made me wonder how many good reviews are collected this way. This was more than a disappointment. It exposed serious hygiene, safety, and management failures, and this particular hotel is tarnishing the Treebo name I used to trust. I have photos of these problems and expect a formal response and action from Treebo's corporate customer care.

At night, service is self-service. Even for basic water, you have to go to reception. The staff attitude is basically, "say whatever, what can you do?" Disgusting service. Just use the place for a couple of hours and leave, I guess. You all can figure out the rest.
