Treebo Flora Inn

At check-in there was a power cut and no emergency lights, so they told us to use our phone torches. Senior citizens had to carry their own luggage because there was no one else around. The reception staff were unprofessional and indifferent. There was no restaurant or room service for food, and the free breakfast shown when booking turned out to be fake. Better to avoid this hotel.

The location near the airport is good, and there is car parking. That’s about it. The hotel charges a premium, but the rooms smell bad, have poor lighting, and the sheets look as if they’ve been used for ages. In winter they don’t provide room heaters, and there are no mosquito repellents in the room. The washrooms are poorly maintained. There’s a TV, but no connection or cable, and the intercom doesn’t work. The lift is ancient: you open one gate, then the other to get in, and once inside you have to close the outer gate and then the inner one. There’s no restaurant, though you can order outside food and they’ll provide cutlery. Don’t plan to stay here.

There was just one staff member working, and the receptionist was arrogant. The rooms and washroom were dirty and unhygienic, the TV and intercom didn’t work, and the lift had no lights. Customer service was zero. The location is very near the airport, which is good, but my overall experience was very bad. Breakfast was included in my package, but they arranged it only after 9 am and provided no crockery or cutlery. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Please avoid this hotel.

The location is good, but the place feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The washroom had no hot water, and the heating rod they gave us didn’t work either. The towels and bedsheet weren’t clean.
