Treebo Trend Orient Grand

The rooms and bathrooms were full of mosquitoes, making every night a struggle and peaceful rest impossible. The beds were extremely hard, and in our triple-sharing setup we got a cheap local plastic sponge mattress with a dirty sheet marked by visible stains. It felt unhygienic and unacceptable. Housekeeping and room service were irresponsible. No one answered when we called, and even a water bottle took 15 minutes instead of the roughly 5 it should have. The management felt poor and unprofessional. Cleanliness, comfort, and service were all far below acceptable standards. I strongly wouldn't recommend Treebo Trend Orient Grand.

Parking is available but limited. The staff help you park, though you have to leave the key at reception. Service was good. The rooms were tidy and clean, but a bit cramped, while the washroom was about the size of a room. The hotel and rooms felt dark because the flyover blocks sunlight. I booked this well-maintained old hotel in the city centre for a night halt in Nagpur. I didn't try the food because the kitchen is shared by vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking.

A good budget stay in Nagpur: clean room, courteous staff, and a tasty breakfast buffet. I was there on 7th May, and they served dosa, upma, poha, dhokla, tea, coffee, and bread with butter.

The receptionist was so friendly and made me feel welcome. She was polite, always smiling, answered all my questions, and shared useful local information. Check-in and check-out went smoothly with her help. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel was easy to reach. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it.
