The staff opened the door with a master RFID card without knocking. That's very unsafe, especially for families and couples. Check-out was also met with very rude behavior. NEVER STAY in this hotel.

The service was poor and the price wasn't justified by the facilities. There was no hair dryer in the room, and none arrived even after I asked. Staff were unresponsive and not courteous. Before booking, I requested a one-hour late checkout, and the booking staff agreed. That information wasn't passed to the next shift, though, so I got a call asking me to leave at the usual time. The lack of coordination and professionalism made the stay frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless its hospitality and communication improve significantly.

Breakfast was pathetic, with hardly any options, and the manager was useless and unresponsive. The staff seemed more concerned with saving money than serving guests. The rooms at The Brijinn, Nagpur are tiny and suffocating, and there were cockroaches. It's not fit for corporate travelers. ₹2,500 a night for such poor quality is unacceptable. There are plenty of better hotels nearby, so avoid this one completely.

The room was neat and the restaurant was good, but I found cockroaches on the table and around the kettle. At early checkout, reception made me wait about an hour for a bill, then seemed not to care about giving it to me.
