SPOT ON 77289 Hotel Sanskriti

The hotel was so shabby that I checked in and then checked out right away.

The staff behaved badly and seemed focused on getting extra money from guests. They wouldn't let my guest visit me in the room and asked for extra payment, which we reluctantly paid. I wouldn't ever visit Hotel SANSKRITI again and would tell anyone considering it to think it over first. The hygiene was poor, with stained bedsheets and a bathroom in a complete mess. In the middle of the night, the AC stopped. When I called the staff, they questioned me about it instead of checking it, and I had to move rooms. Everything seemed broken, from the TV to the door lock. A total thumbs-down experience.

The room was very dirty and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned for six months. The interior quality was poor, and none of the room photos shown on hotel booking sites like MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip, Goibibo, and OYO matched the actual room. The pictures are totally fake and different. There was no staff available if a problem came up in the room. I could only find one person at the desk for booking confirmations. They charge ₹950/- for a non-AC room, which wasn't worth it. In my view, it should cost between ₹250/- and ₹350/- only.

They wouldn't give me a room even though it was showing as available on OYO. I'd already paid the full amount, so I lost that money and they refused the booking. A really bad experience.
