Hotel Highway Relax Inn By GRB

I booked the best room available through MMT, but the experience was the worst. The bedsheets were stained and smelled of raw sewage, as did the room. The bathroom had been left just as the previous occupant had used it, and the towels were unwashed and stained. The window wasn't secured at all, so someone could open it at night and get in. They don't refund either. I suggest anyone planning to use this place doesn't go.

They've recently renovated the whole hotel, so it felt brand new. I think we were the first customers to stay after the work was done. There were about 25 of us, and we occupied all the rooms. The service was really good and all our guests were happy. Thanks to the team, kudos 👏.

The staff were considerate, and the room was clean and comfortable. This was my third stay here, and I felt safe each time, including this visit to Pune.

The rooms were okay, but there was a terrible smell when we entered. Rain caused the power to go out around 11:30 at night, and it stayed off until morning with no backup. It was very difficult to spend the night that way, and there was no mineral water available.
