We used to come here every month and things had been good. Yesterday, though, my partner was told no rooms were available, while I was told on the phone one would be ready in 30 minutes. It made me wonder if we were being treated differently because of our gender. At reception we acted like we didn't know each other. They offered me a room, and I got through about 90% of the process. The receptionist said it was just being cleaned and would be ready in 10 minutes. When my partner went up to pay, it took nearly 50 minutes for them to assign a room. Why the difference in treatment?

Breakfast was disappointing, and the property doesn't seem well maintained. At a price of over 2,000 rupees, I don't understand how they can fail to change the bedding covers between guests, which is basic hygiene.

There were cockroaches in my room, and the kitchen and staff were unhinged. The whole place felt dirty and unhygienic, and the service was poor throughout. At times, the experience felt almost harassing. It was a complete waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

The rooms are decent, but hygiene is lacking. Breakfast wasn't good, and there were rats in the breakfast area. For what they charge per night, the rooms just aren't worth it.

There's a flight of stairs right at the entrance, yet they call this a wheelchair accessible hotel. Absolutely rubbish.
