The staff were courteous, supportive, and responsive throughout our stay, and their helpfulness made a positive difference. I’d rate the staff 4 out of 5. I was there with my family and our 1-year-old infant, though, and the compact rooms were a drawback. The property is beside a busy road and flyover, so opening the windows didn’t seem advisable because of dust and noise. We also struggled with the washroom facilities for our infant, as basic shared bathroom items weren’t readily available. It made the stay less comfortable than we’d expected. It may work for a short visit, but families with young children could find the facilities limited.

The people here were prompt, courteous, and genuinely helpful, and I felt at home during my stay. I’m grateful for the emotional work done by the many brave, hard-working people in hospitality, especially this hotel’s team. The management and services were both responsive. Highly recommended!

The entrance has a few steps and no ramp, and the security staff weren't much help. My mother is 90, and neither security nor hotel staff helped her get up those steps. I’d avoid the place in future. I also ate at the first-floor restaurant, where the food and service were very average. For a four-star hotel and restaurant, the whole experience was below average.

I went to Hotel Tuli International for my cousin’s Sangeet and Reception. The location was convenient, and parking was well organized. The banquet hall was spacious and nicely decorated, with classy lighting, sound, and ambience. Food was delicious, there was a good variety, and it came out on time. The staff and management were professional and cooperative, and handled the event smoothly. Excellent for wedding functions and family events.
