We booked through OYO for 30-31 August, but they refused to check us in and behaved badly. First the staff, then the owner came in shouting and acting aggressively, saying he didn't know OYO and it was his hotel, so he'd allow check-in only if he wanted. He told us to pay double or leave. We felt threatened and called the police, who arrived promptly within 15 minutes. The hotel is in a deserted area with empty plots and no shops or public transport within a 500 m radius. While we waited, OYO adjusted some amount, and the hotel agreed to accept extra money. We were new to the city and didn't file an official complaint, but it was a horrible experience. OYO should delist this hotel as soon as possible.

The room was clean, but no towels or bathroom amenities had been put out. They charged me for a water bottle without telling me, and the bottle was unsealed.

The staff were very unprofessional, and the map location is wrong. The routes shown on Google Maps are closed due to metro work, and it took 1-2 hours to find the property. A waste of time and money.

The property itself is well maintained, with clean rooms and a clean washroom. Getting there is a hassle because the road is under construction, but I'd recommend staying.

The location is very poor, with muddy roads and no shops or autos nearby. The staff are rude, and if you booked through OYO, be prepared to pay extra or they may refuse to let you in.
