The entrance was shabby and uneven, which seemed risky for senior citizens. There was no parking, and the only person available to speak with was the receptionist. The lift was very slow and set at a high level, so you have to climb stairs to reach it. The rooms were just okay. Linen was either left unchanged for the next occupants or was dirty, and there was no towel. Although they charge for two people, the provisions seemed set up for one, with only one tea or coffee cup.

A convenient location, tasty breakfast, and an easy check-in made for a good stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the friendly staff went out of their way to help. Highly recommended.

The room was neat and service was quick. It was a nice stay with good service, and a good option for families or solo travelers. I'd stay again.

We were charged too much per day, and the room had just one blanket for a family of three. On arrival, we got bitten by bed bugs many times. Reception denied our requests to clean or change the room. No room service came during our three-day stay. It was very cold outside, but there was no hot water for bathing. I informed reception and nothing was done. The receptionist was rude and had no manners when speaking to the elderly guests. Do not book.
