The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they kindly gave me an early check-in. I stayed two nights, switching rooms. It's a small, fairly clean, brand-new hotel that's still being developed. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, fine for a night's stay, though that's basically what they offer. The restaurant was still under construction, so breakfast was a simple, homely meal made from locally sourced items. They can arrange a basic fixed-menu lunch and dinner from local sources too, but there are lots of options outside, so eating out is better.

Parking might be tricky because the space is tight, and breakfast could start earlier for guests checking out early. The rooms are clean and have modern amenities. The staff are excellent and well behaved, especially Nikita and Arpit, who are warm and accommodating.

I forgot my wrist watch in the bathroom and thought it was gone. It meant a lot to me because of the memories attached to it, so I was relieved when the hotel called the very next hour after checkout to say they'd found it. The staff promptly sent it by courier. I'm grateful to Mr. Sachin and his team, including Ms Nikita and Mr. Prabhat. That says a lot about their professionalism and integrity. During my stay, I also found the staff accommodating and well informed about special needs, with prompt service. The rooms were well maintained, with quality furniture and bathroom fixtures. The restaurant was fantastic, with a wide range of authentic multi-cuisine food, prepared and presented wonderfully. Treebo Trend Club VNA, Nagpur is near Ambazari Lake in a calm, peaceful spot away from the noisy, congested parts of the city. The prices are very low for what you get. In metro cities, the same services at the same hotel would easily cost three times as much. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone who values a peaceful atmosphere and a comfortable, upscale hotel in Nagpur.

The rooms are spacious and good, as you'd expect in a new hotel, and the staff are very, very courteous. Breakfast was good too. Apart from breakfast, food currently has to be ordered from outside while the new restaurant is being set up. Good value for money in the end.
