The property sits between Kufri and Chail, each approximately 10-12 km away, so guests can visit Kufri’s adventure hubs while staying somewhere quieter and secluded. The elevation and forest cover make the area significantly cooler than Shimla city. In winter, it’s a prime spot for heavy snowfall, turning into a “Winter Wonderland.” Steep slopes and lush greenery around the property are good for short nature treks and photography. Located in Koti on the scenic Kufri-Chail road, it’s a premium mountain getaway with spacious Duplex Rooms in a cottage, each with a private balcony and direct, unobstructed views of the mountain ranges. There’s a large common living area with a Pool Table for relaxing indoors or socializing. In-house dining specializes in local Himachali flavors and North Indian cuisine. The peaceful vibe makes it ideal for families and couples.

The valley view is unbeatable, and you can sit on the huge balconies for hours chatting over warm drinks. My husband and I stayed here for my birthday, and I loved the place. The first thing that won me over was the villa’s old-style construction, made of wood and stones in kathkoni style. The staff were especially helpful and friendly. We ate all our meals here, and the food was delicious. They bring in fresh vegetables and chicken for special meals. Friends had suggested we stay somewhere else on the route to kufri, but we spotted the villa by chance and decided to stay at first sight. Recommended for everyone. 5 stars.

Getting to Hotel is the only thing I’d complain about. Once there, they take hospitality seriously and always make you feel at home. The food is comforting, quick, and fresh. Rooms are clean, amenities are ample, and staff are courteous. Everyone, including Rajesh, Sameer, Sangwan, and the other staff members, is doing a great job. Mr. Bansal, either the owner or Manager, is always available on call to help. Kudos to you guys, keep up the good work.

We cancelled our group booking 10 days before the May 20-23, 2026 stay, after being told the advance was refundable if we cancelled at least a week ahead. We had paid 20000 in advance. Then they said 3600 rs would be withheld as GST, without ever sharing an invoice for that charge. The person speaks softly, but the way this was handled felt completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.
