Hotel Hare Rama By OYO Rooms

I came for Maha Khumb, but the stay spoiled the whole experience. The room was awful and there was no service. The door had no lock, the TV and AC seemed to be there in name only, and the food was even worse. Staff didn’t help when I tried to complain.

The owner wanted more money after I booked through the OYO app, taunting me that the room cost 5000 rs and I’d booked it much cheaper on the app. He also demanded 1500 to allow an extra person, without providing extra bedding. The rooms are very small, the bathroom exhaust didn’t work, and the mattresses were very poor quality. Worst hotel I’ve ever visited. Don’t book it.

The linens were dirty, and neither the TV nor the bathroom exhaust worked. The hotel’s facilities were below par. When I arrived, the manager asked for extra money before letting me check in. I got in only after calling OYO customer care. Staff spoke very rudely, as if we were staying for free. A very bad experience.

I had a spacious, well-equipped room with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. The desk, TV, and reliable Wi-Fi worked well for what I needed. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a good shower and plenty of hot water.
