I booked through OYO 15 days before my exam in Prayagraj. The day before the test, I started receiving texts saying the reservation had been canceled, though the app showed no such update. When I called the hotel, I was told every room was taken and the owner wouldn't honor my OYO booking. The owner said OYO had shown incorrect prices and still owed the hotel money from earlier bookings. With exam demand up, it felt like they canceled so they could charge more for the same room. Very unprofessional.

When I arrived after booking online, they said the room I'd reserved wasn't available. I needed somewhere to stay, so I booked there anyway, but it turned into my worst experience. The room was filthy, and the fans barely worked.

One of the better budget hotels in the area. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very polite. It's just opposite plate from No 1.

The rooms were poor and the rates far too high. Being right behind the railway station also means a lot of noise, and the neighborhood didn't feel good.

The rooms were cramped and dirty, with loads of mosquitoes. It's near a garbage area, and they charged extra for food and tea without a good reason.
