We paid 3000 for one night, even though we only went there to sleep. Total waste of money. The hotel in bhimtal had no cleanliness, the food had no taste, and the water supply was improper. The service was awful and the staff didn't respond. Worst hotel in bhimtal. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

The service was very bad, and there was no proper lake view. The TV didn't work, the pillow and bedsheet were dirty, and the almirah was broken. Staff gave no response at all, and hygiene was zero. Worst experience, worst hotel in bhimtal.

The so-called free Wi-Fi never worked, and the continental breakfast was just stale pastries and lukewarm coffee. The amenities were a joke. When I raised the problems with staff, they seemed uninterested. The manager was nowhere to be found, and the front desk staff only shrugged and said they'd "look into it." Nothing was done. Check-in had already taken over 20 minutes because the receptionist seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. The room was uncomfortable too: a creaky bed, a thin blanket that barely kept me warm, stains on the carpet, dust in every corner, and a thick layer of grime on the bathroom sink. It was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I strongly advise against staying here. The service, dirty room, and lack of amenities made it a complete waste of money, and there are far better options.

One good thing is that the lodge is close to the lake. The rooms smelled unpleasant and were very small, since the place is a house converted into a lodge. There's no available parking space.
