The location was good, but there was only one boy handling things, and the rooms weren’t clean. Worst experience.

The room was far too dirty, and the staff service was very poor. It was a waste of money, and I’d never recommend staying at this villa.

The property has spacious rooms, good infrastructure, and scenic views, but those positives were outweighed by missing basics and food arrangements. We booked for 26 April to 28 April, and problems started as soon as we arrived at about 2:30 PM. The caretaker couldn’t provide lunch because supplies were insufficient. We were told another caretaker had gone to the Nainital market for supplies, but later found out he hadn’t returned and had left the job. That evening the power went out and the place was completely dark. My three-year-old was frightened. The caretaker confirmed there was no power backup. It’s concerning for a property to operate without this essential facility, and I don’t know how it was listed without proper checks. Dinner wasn’t provided either, so we had to order from the same café we’d used for lunch. There seemed to be only one café nearby, leaving little choice. I trusted the property because it had no prior reviews, and unfortunately became one of its first guests to face these issues. Traveling with a small child made things harder, and my three-year-old fell ill amid the ongoing inconvenience and lack of proper facilities. I strongly advise other guests to reconsider booking here. Staying closer to Mall Road would give better access and services. The caretaker himself wasn’t at fault, since he didn’t have enough supplies to meet guests’ needs. This seems to be an operations problem. If a property opens in an outskirt location, the operations team needs to ensure basic amenities and food supplies are available for a comfortable stay. Later, Operations Manager Ansh gave us significant support and arranged for us to move to their property in the main Nainital market, Headingly Suite. That accommodation was well maintained, had all the essential amenities, and had adequate supplies. We truly appreciate his prompt help in resolving the situation.

It’s a good property. Jeetu, one of the staff, handled things properly and was good.
