Ashok Hotel

Hotel Ashok felt like a home away from home during our three-day stay. The hills around us looked breathtaking, and the hospitality was warm from the moment we arrived. Sanju deserves a special thank you for taking such good care of us. Breakfast was delicious, with classic favorites. The clean, spacious rooms were thoughtfully designed. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to Naini Lake and The Mall Road for exploring. For a mix of comfort and authentic Nainital charm, I can’t recommend it enough.

The food was the highlight for me. They cook it fresh and hot, and if you have a special food need, ask them and they’ll try their best to make it to your taste. The rooms are good, though they could be better. Since it’s a heritage hotel, some have the look of an old cinema hotel. Everything else was good, and I’ll visit again soon.

The location was excellent, and the staff tried hard to make me feel welcome. They helped arrange a rental vehicle, and the food was good too, just what I look for as a solo traveller. Thanks especially to Gaurav and Sanju for their hospitality.

The staff were polite, respectful, and helpful, and the room service and quality were up to the mark. Food quality was great too. You can rent a two or four wheeler through the hotel, and it’s a very good option for solo travellers as well as couples. No complaints at all!
