The staff's care for even the smallest requests stood out. Sheetal at the Front Desk and the housekeeping crew, Ganga, Laxman, Ankit, Kamlesh, Faizal and Vinod, were all humble and attentive. The whole property was spotless, which mattered a lot with our baby playing on the floor. Our room was spacious and so quiet that naps were never disturbed. The atmosphere felt peaceful, refined, and welcoming, and every staff member treated us like family. We stayed at Brij Atmanya to mark our daughter's 9-month milestone, and the team made it memorable. Nitin, who manages the property, was hands-on and attentive to our comfort throughout. His warm, professional manner clearly carried through to the staff. We were anxious about our baby's meals, but Head Chef Kharak personally checked in with us before and after every meal to make sure it followed our specific instructions. His care for her nutrition and tastes was deeply reassuring. Dinesh, Pankaj, and Abhinav from the F&B team were humble and proactive, making every meal a pleasure. The location was ideal for a quiet getaway, and we're already planning to return because of the team.

The property had the feel of a Swiss chalet in the mountains, with an Indian touch, and we had a fab experience. Rajat ji took me on a beautiful trek, with great views and interesting conversation along the way. We also loved every pahadii dish from Khadak Singh ji, the Chef. He cooked for us just as he would at home and followed our requests. Sheetal at the main office helped us make last-minute bookings while we were on the go, and Nitin, Sheetal, and the front desk team made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to the whole team!

The villas, surroundings, baithak, common den area, food, and service were all outstanding. From the moment we arrived until checkout, the staff cared for us like family. We found the property through the Taj website while searching for a mountainside escape to enjoy the winter sun, and it felt like a dream stay. It's a peaceful place to get away from city life and enjoy some serenity. A special shoutout to Nitin, Shagun, Srishti, Pankaj, Dinesh, and everyone else who looked after us so well. We didn't feel like leaving the property at all, especially with the chef treating us to delicious Kumaon food throughout the stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. We were there for our anniversary, and the team decorated our room, which made the occasion feel special. They were thoughtful in lots of small ways, from bringing hot water bags on cold winter nights to offering chia water after noticing we drink it. The calm, serene atmosphere made it easy to relax and feel at peace. It was a heartfelt and comforting stay. ❤️
