The property looked beautiful, but the stay was pathetic and not worth the 10k I paid. In December the geyser wasn’t working, and reception wouldn’t answer despite many calls. My friend was unwell and needed warm water. Staff kept saying it would take time, so we changed rooms, but that didn’t fix anything. They also had no food available. I came for a peaceful stay and needed food and warm water, but neither worked out.

Dinner was delicious, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, but breakfast had only four or five choices. There was no music or activity after dinner, so there wasn’t much to do in the evening. The staff were polite, the rooms and washroom were clean, and I can’t comment on room service since we didn’t use it. The location is very good if you want to stay near the jungle. Still, the property and its open areas felt surprisingly small, with little room to relax. It felt more like a small guesthouse or lodge than a full resort. Decent for a short stay if you’re not expecting much, but it may disappoint if you want a complete resort experience.

The staff were fabulous and the food was amazing. One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at, definitely worth a visit and highly recommended.

Breakfast was good, but nearly everything else about our three nights at this resort, from 26th June to 29th June, was a bad experience. The small farmhouse-style property has only 14 rooms and felt like a one- or two-star place at most, not the so-called four-star resort. There were lots of insects in the rooms, and the bed had sand and dust. The AC leaked water and wasn’t repaired until 48 hours later. The pool water was muddy, with insects floating in it. Service was very poor, apparently due to staff shortages, and nothing was served between 10 PM and 8 AM. Housekeeping and the reception manager’s staff were unsupportive and uncooperative. At checkout on Sunday, 29th June, reception asked me to pay again even though my travel agent had paid on 23rd June. The hotel’s mismanagement or its accounts team not updating the payment caused the mix-up. They did refund the duplicate payment the next day, but only after 15-16 calls from me and escalation by the travel agent. There’s no phone network except Jio, the Wi-Fi was very poor, and the power went out multiple times at night. The generator backup wasn’t good either. We expected more for the price. Poor service and cleanliness ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. We won’t return, and I’d advise others to check recent reviews before booking.
