I can't understand why this place has a good rating. The rooms were extremely unhygienic, and the staff came across as unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend it at all unless you're willing to risk ruining your own trip. It doesn't deserve even one star, but that's the lowest option available.

The staff made things easy throughout my stay. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping, was attentive, polite, and professional. The lobby and dining area were nicely done, and the whole property felt warm and inviting. My room was spacious, tidy, and had what I needed. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with a lovely design. A relaxing, pleasant place to stay, and I'd recommend it.

The pictures online were nowhere near what the dirty, filthy rooms actually looked like. I was stuck there for the remaining 3 days of my trip because I'd paid in advance through Agoda and OYO, and neither would cancel the booking. Maybe OYO knows people would leave after seeing the property if they didn't collect payment first. OYO is a cheat and has lived up to its reputation. Never using OYO again. First and last time.

For such a low budget, this turned out to be a really good stay. The staff were polite, decent, and always willing to help. I never expected the balcony to have such a beautiful, peaceful view. ❤️

The food tasted good, although there wasn't much of it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the view was wonderful. I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it.
