I found a worm in the food served to me during a recent visit. This is a serious food safety and hygiene failure, with a real risk to customers’ health. The kitchen and food preparation areas need a thorough inspection to find and fix any source of contamination, and everyone handling food should receive proper safety training. Please treat this urgently and take corrective action to prevent it happening again. Ignoring the issue could badly harm the hotel’s reputation and, more importantly, put customers’ well-being at risk. I’m waiting to hear what steps you’ll take, and expect a prompt response and a clear commitment to food safety.

Please don’t waste your money here. I tried two or three rooms, found them all in poor condition, and left within 15 to 30 minutes. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, the building is very old, and it hasn’t been maintained properly. The sheets were filthy and torn. The owner wouldn’t return my advance of 3500 rupees. These rooms aren’t worth even 500 rupees. This is a genuine review.

The food was really bad, and the management was so poor it quickly took away any charm the place might have. There’s a lot of space, but it’s not what you have, it’s what you do with it. The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious, and the bathrooms have broken glass in the shower area and hardly any toiletries. There’s no fridge in the room. When I asked staff to cool some beer or other drinks, one person said he could only take a certain number of bottles. I agreed and asked him to take that many, but the second time I asked, he said it would cost extra, apparently just to get rid of the request. At check-in, before I’d even seen the room, the place already reminded me of the bad old days of “Sarkari” management. I’m sure few resorts have such a huge area, but the way it’s run loses the appeal quickly. People may come for the views and space, but I doubt they’ll return. You can skip it. If you want to stay by the actual river in Marchula, try Corbett River Creek, 2 km further ahead. I’ve stayed there: it’s reasonably priced, the food is delicious, and the service is immaculate.

I’ve stayed at many resorts in ramnagar, and this is the worst. There’s no hygiene, the service is very bad, and the rooms aren’t maintained. You won’t even find soap in the washrooms. The toilet seat was broken and the AC didn’t work. I could say more, but that’s enough.
