Corbett Rattan

Getting help was a problem: staff might take an hour to arrive after being called, if they come at all. The rooms and service were both poor, the electricity supply wasn’t reliable, and the swimming pool water was consistently dirty.

We wouldn’t recommend Corbett Rattan Elwood Resort. The rooms were dated and not well maintained, and the service fell short. Staff seemed indifferent and weren’t helpful, which left us very disappointed with our stay.

The only real positive was the polite staff. Everything else was bad: the pool was tiny and untidy, and hygiene overall was poor. The food was awful and ran out while we were still having dinner, leaving a few people without any food before bed. The entrance road was in such bad condition that it damaged our car.

The room was damp, the taps didn’t work, and the door locks were broken. There were lizards inside, and the service was awful. They didn’t provide drinking water when we arrived, only bringing bottles if asked. Breakfast was poor, and the pool was so filthy you couldn’t stand beside it. I paid 4200 for one night and feel it was wasted. They also didn’t give us a bill when we left. I’ve never experienced anything worse.
