Corbett Wild Resort - A River Access Property

We enjoyed everything here, especially the nature, the resort, the food, and how the staff behaved. The whole experience was aweome.

The charges were still there even after we cut our planned 3-night stay down to just one night because of the discomfort and missing facilities. We had booked through Muskan, who made several promises that turned out to be false. Corbett Wild River Access Resort & Spa, also called Vanya Wild Resort, had no real river access and no spa on site, despite both being major selling points. It felt overpriced for what was offered. There were no children’s activities, despite what we were told during booking, and the pool was often taken up by staff and noisy groups, so it wasn’t usable for families. Breakfast was very limited, the tea was subpar, and the parathas were poorly made. The food overall was below average. The rooms were basic, and the cheap “Neem soap” was used for both handwashing and bathing, with no toiletries provided. The air conditioners were so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep peacefully. The TV setup was dysfunctional, with remotes that didn’t work and limited, uninspiring channels. The hospitality was poor and the stay was disappointing. It seems to rely on deceptive marketing and phone-based package sales. There are better properties in Corbett with genuine experiences at fair prices.
