Dynasty Resort

All three rooms we booked had a bad smell and didn’t meet expectations, which was disappointing. With better upkeep and cleanliness, this place could be much better. The rooms are spacious and have a nice view, and the staff were polite, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay.

Waking up to the balcony views at Dynasty Resort, Nainital was a treat, and the rooms felt spacious, cozy, and homey. We were there for our school’s academic tour with students and teacher fellows, and the hilltop scenery made the arrival feel magical. The buffet was fresh and flavorful, served warmly, and the location brought together peaceful surroundings, scenery, and comfort. We did have a small issue with the room keys, but it was overshadowed by the rest of the stay. Our whole group will remember this trip for a long time. Highly recommended.

After a day in a room that smelled of paint, with unclean linen, broken furniture, and water problems, we asked to move. The replacement room was much better. It seemed like they give you a bad room by default unless you complain. The buffet was set up in the hotel hall, which felt more like a shaadi ka pandaal. The place was overcrowded and poorly maintained, and there was nothing good about the hotel. One of my worst hotel experiences.

The infinity pool was a highlight, and the food was delicious, especially the fresh veg.food. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a stunning mountain view from the balcony. Staff were exceptional, from the warm front desk welcome to the attentive restaurant service. A perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway. We can’t wait to come back.
